Ingredients
1/2 cup Lawry's® Sesame Ginger Marinade With Mandarin Orange Juice
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
2 medium red and/or green bell peppers, cut into chunks
2 medium onions, cut into 3/4-inch wedges
2 cups fresh or drained canned pineapple chunks
Directions
1. In large resealable plastic bag, pour Lawry's® Sesame Ginger Marinade With Mandarin Orange Juice over pork and vegetables; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
2. Remove pork and vegetables from Marinade, discarding Marinade. On skewers, alternately thread pork, vegetables and pineapple.
3. Grill or broil, turning once, 10 minutes or until pork is done. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.
