1. Preheat oven 350°. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium high heat; drain, if desired. Add onion and red pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2. Stir in Lawry's ® Enchilada Sauce Spices & Seasonings, water, tomato paste and garlic salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Evenly top with mashed potatoes, then sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbling.
