1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix sour cream, horseradish and 1 teaspoons of the Seasoning Mix in small bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to srve.
2. Mix remaining Seasoning Mix and mustard. Brush beef roast with oil. Rub with Seasoning mixture. Place on wire rack in foil-lined roasting pan.
3. Roast 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve roast beef with horseradish cream.
