GRILLED SLAW

Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt

1 small head cabbage, cut into wedges

1 large red bell pepper, quartered

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt. Brush cabbage and red pepper with mayonnaise mixture. Grill, turning once, 10 minutes or until browned; cool. Core cabbage, then thinly slice cabbage and red pepper.

 

2. In large bowl, toss cabbage and red pepper with remaining ingredients.
