1. Pierce potatoes with fork. In 11 x 7-inch microwave safe baking dish, arrange potatoes. Microwave at HIGH, stirring once, 8 minutes or until almost tender.
2. In small bowl, combine Olive Oil with Lawry's® Seasoned Salt. Grill potatoes and vegetables, turning occasionally and brushing with Olive Oil mixture, 15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and vegetables are tender. Cool and coarsely chop.
3. In large bowl, combine vegetables with mayonnaise and Seasoned Pepper. Serve at room temperature.
