Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
6 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as broccoli florets, sliced onion, sugar snap peas and red bell pepper strips
1/2 cup Lawry's® Szechuan Sweet & Sour BBQ Marinade with Sesame Oil
Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet. Add vegetables to skillet; stir fry 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. 2. Return chicken to skillet. Add marinade; stir fry until mixture is heated through. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
