STEAKHOUSE FAJITAS

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil

1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips

1 medium red onion, cut into thin strips

1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

1/2 cup Lawry's® Signature Steakhouse Marinade

8 flour tortillas (10-inch), warmed

Assorted toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa (optional)

Directions

1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 minutes. Push vegetables to side of skillet. Add beef; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add marinade; cook and stir until mixture is heated through and well blended.

 

2. Spoon beef mixture in warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
