STEAK FAJITAS

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil

1 large onion, sliced thin

1 medium red or green bell pepper, cut into thin strips (or use 1/2 of each)

1 pound steak strips

1 package Lawry's® Fajitas Spices & Seasonings

1/4 cup water

1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed

Assorted toppings, such as salsa, guacamole and sour cream (optional)

Directions

1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet.

2. Cook and stir steak in same skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until browned. Add Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return vegetables to skillet. Add tomato; cook until heated through.

3. Spoon meat mixture into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
