Ingredients
2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper or coarse ground black pepper, divided
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
Directions
1. Mix 1 1/2 teaspoons of the seasoned salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the seasoned pepper. Rub evenly over both sides of steak. 2. Broil or grill steak over medium-high heat 7 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. 3. Meanwhile, mix oil, vinegar, sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper in medium bowl. Add cucumbers, tomatoes and onion; toss to coat. Serve sliced steak with Cucumber Salad.
