Ingredients

  • Pork Chops
  • 6 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Orange Sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Sprinkle both sides of pork chops evenly with seasoned salt.
  • 2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
  • 3 Mix juice, sugar and cornstarch in small bowl until well blended. Add to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Spoon sauce over pork chops to serve. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
