PORK CHOPS WITH CRANBERRY-JALAPENO RELISH

PORK CHOPS WITH CRANBERRY-JALAPENO RELISH

Ingredients

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Lawry's® Hawaiian Marinade With Tropical Fruit Juices

4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick (about 2 lbs.)

2 medium red, orange, yellow or green bell peppers, diced

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced

1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced

1/2 large red onion, diced

1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries or apricots

1/4 teaspoon Lawry's® Garlic Salt

Directions

1. In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour 1/2 cup Lawry's® Hawaiian Marinade With Tropical Fruit Juices over chops; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.

 

2. In medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons Marinade with remaining ingredients.

 

3. Remove chops from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Grill chops, turning once, 15 minutes or until chops are done. To serve, arrange chops on serving platter and top with relish.
