Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper
3 pounds bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Lawry's® Buffalo BBQ Marinade
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix flour, seasoned salt and seasoned pepper in large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken in milk, then place bag. Shake to coat.
2. Place chicken, skin-side up, on large baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
3. Bake 35 minutes, turning once. Mix marinade and brown sugar until well blended. Coat chicken generously with marinade mixture. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.
