1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix flour, seasoned salt and seasoned pepper in large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken, a few pieces at a time, in milk, then place bag. Shake to coat.
2. Place chicken, skin-side up, on large baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
3. Bake 35 minutes, turning once. Coat chicken generously with barbecue sauce. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.
