MOO SHU PEANUT PORK

Ingredients

1/4 cup Lawry's® Teriyaki Marinade With Pineapple Juice

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pound boneless pork chops or pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips

1 package (14 ounces) coleslaw mix

12 flour tortillas (6-inch), warmed

1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions (optional)

Directions

1. Mix marinade, peanut butter, sugar and red pepper, if desired, in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Set aside.

2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add marinade mixture and cole slaw mix; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.

3. Spoon about 1/2 cup pork mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
