ITALIAN SHRIMP AND TOMATO SAUTÉ

ITALIAN SHRIMP AND TOMATO SAUTÉ

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges

1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt

1 pint grape tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Crushed red pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp, onion and seasoned salt. Cook and stir 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Remove from skillet.

2. Stir tomatoes, oregano and red pepper to taste into skillet. Cook and stir on medium heat 5 minutes or just until tomatoes start to soften. Return shrimp and onion to skillet; cook and stir just until heated through.

3. Serve shrimp mixture over cooked pasta or rice, if desired. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
