GRILLED BUFFALO CHICKEN

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Marinate Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes for chicken breasts (30 minutes for chicken parts)

Makes: 8 servings.
 

GRILLED BUFFALO CHICKEN

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken parts

3/4 cup Lawry's® Buffalo BBQ Marinade, divided

Directions

1. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.

2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

3. Grill boneless chicken breasts over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Grill chicken parts over medium heat with lid closed 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Brush with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking.
