1. Pour Lawry's® Herb & Garlic Marinade With Lemon Juice over chicken in a large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag and turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator about 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
3. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Lawry's® Garlic Salt and Seasoned Pepper. Remove chicken from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Coat chicken in bread crumb mixture and arrange on prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Evenly top chicken with ham and cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
