Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
4 cups cut-up vegetables, such as broccoli florets, sliced onion, sugar snap peas and bell pepper strips
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 package Lawry's® Asian Style Beef & Broccoli
Directions
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through. 2. Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Add to skillet; stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat and boil 1 minute or just until sauce is thickened. 3. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
