Chimichurri Burrito Casserole
Chimichurri is an all-purpose herb sauce from Argentina that adds a wonderful flavor to this Burrito one dish meal.
Tip:
Mexican Lasagna: Prepare sauce and meat mixture as directed on package. Alternately layer tortillas and meat mixture in baking dish, beginning and ending with tortillas. Top with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake as directed.
