4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 pounds)
1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
4 slices cooked ham
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Pour marinade over chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish; turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Coat chicken evenly on both sides with bread crumbs. Place on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
3. Bake 15 minutes. Top chicken with ham and cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.
