1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
1 package Adolph's® Chili Seasoning Meal MakerDirections
1. Brown ground beef in large skillet on high heat. Drain fat.
2. Stir in Chili Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce and beans.
3. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Chunky Sirloin Chili: Prepare as directed, substituting 1 pound top sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch dice, for the ground beef. Brown meat in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes. Continue with Steps 2 and 3.
Chili with Diced Tomatoes: Prepare as directed, substituting 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained, for the tomato sauce.
